In‑app purchases and subscriptions for our apps are sold by Apple and Google on our behalf. Because of this, refunds are handled directly by the store where you made the purchase. This page explains how to request a refund, the usual timelines, and the small number of cases where we can help directly.
Apple processes refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS. Google processes refunds for purchases made through Google Play on Android. Euler Tech does not charge your card, does not receive your payment details, and cannot issue a refund directly on the store's behalf.
Apple's full policy, including eligibility criteria, is at support.apple.com/HT204084. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
Google's full policy is at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Automatic refunds for app purchases are available within 48 hours; subscriptions and other purchases are reviewed case‑by‑case.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To avoid being charged at the end of a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current period; it prevents further renewals.
Step‑by‑step cancellation instructions are on our support page.
There are a small number of situations where we may be able to assist beyond what the stores offer:
In any of these cases, write to [email protected] with the order identifier (from your purchase receipt), the app name, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within five working days.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where local law gives you additional refund rights, those rights apply in addition to the process above.
