End‑User Licence Agreement

1. Grant of licence

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Euler Tech grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the Application on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non‑commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Copy the Application except as expressly permitted by this EULA;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the limited extent such activity is expressly permitted by mandatory law;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice on the Application;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application;
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or related servers;
• Use the Application to build a competing product or to collect data for competitive analysis.

3. In‑app purchases

The Application may offer in‑app purchases of additional features, content, or subscriptions. All such purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable, and are subject to the terms of the relevant store. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for further details.

4. Automatic updates

The Application may be updated automatically by the applicable store. You agree that Euler Tech may deliver such updates, which may include bug fixes, security improvements, and new features.

5. Intellectual property

The Application is licensed, not sold. Euler Tech and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all copies, modifications, and derivative works, and all related intellectual property rights.

6. Privacy

Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

7. Term and termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Euler Tech disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions the warranties are limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euler Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application. Our aggregate liability under this EULA will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Application in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Apple App Store additional terms

If you obtained the Application through the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:

• This EULA is between you and Euler Tech only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its contents.
• Your licence to use the Application is limited to the usage rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Application.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the Application, including product liability claims, claims that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third‑party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, or discharge of that claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of the EULA, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third‑party beneficiary.

11. Google Play additional terms

If you obtained the Application through Google Play, your installation and use of the Application is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Application.

12. Governing law and disputes

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA are resolved in accordance with Section 17 of our Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence is not affected by this section.
